Grace Longanga has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2019 and is part of the tax team at Andersen Belgium, where she focuses on corporate and international taxation, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation (tax proceedings and disputes, drafting memoranda and legal opinions).
She holds a Master’s degree in corporate law from the Catholic University of Louvain and an Executive Master’s degree in Tax Management (Solvay Brussels School), complemented by an academic exchange in Montreal that strengthened her awareness of cross-border issues.
Before joining Andersen, Grace gained solid experience in corporate taxation, tax planning, and international tax services at law firms in Brussels and at PwC Luxembourg, where she assisted multinational groups with their international structuring and operations.

In October 2021, over 135 jurisdictions agreed, under the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS, to introduce a global minimum effective corporate tax rate of 15%. This framework — commonly referred to as Pillar Two — targets large multinational groups and aims to ensure that their profits are subject to a minimum level of taxation in every jurisdiction where they operate.

On 26 February 2026, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) condemned Belgium for infringement of the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD), due to its failure to transpose Article 8(7), which requires Member States to provide a tax credit for foreign taxes paid by a controlled foreign company (CFC).
