October 28, 2026

The status of the real estate agent: 15 potential pitfalls examined

This new code updates the deontological framework and emphasizes, among other things, honest communication, protection of privacy, discretion, and the disclosure of relevant professional and financial information in external communications.

During this webinar, Ulrike Beuselinck and Koen de Puydt approach the statute from a practical legal perspective. The focus is on fifteen problem areas that arise during the commencement, execution, and termination of the brokerage assignment, as well as the civil, disciplinary, and criminal risks associated with errors, conflicts of interest, or incomplete information.

Participants receive a training certificate and 2 study points (OVB – IBJ – BIV – ITAA – IGO)
